The Craft Potters Association in Great Russell Street, London
The Craft Potters Association gave us a brief that they wanted a clean lined stylish electrical installation that would display their pottery in all its light. With this brief, we set about using various types of lighting from soft background lighting to crisp sharp display lighting. Our works consisted of a full Electrical, Data, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Door entry system installations with the main feature being a lighting control system. Total cost of project £49,000
Elf Row, London
CES Group were employed to carry out the electrical installation of 26 New build flats in Docklands, London after successfully wining a competitive tender process. The build was on a design and build basis where we were asked to adapt the electrical design and layout produced by the architect were deemed necessary. The whole project consisted of Video entry phone systems with 3 separate entrances, Complete Fire Alarm and AOV system, electrical installations to all flats, along with Landlords area lighting, power and rising sub mains to each individual flat. The Total project cost totalled £160,000.
Green Street, Mayfair, London
In the heart of London’s prestigious Mayfair, Green street was a high class top specification flat re-furbishment. We were employed to carry out all electrical installations to the 2 flats including a customised Lutron lighting control system with blind controls, SKY TV and data wiring. Due to the nature of the specification and client demands, flat plate paintable finish sockets were installed to match the wall colourings. The Lutron lighting control system consisted of 36 individual lighting circuits with a further 24 blind control circuits per flat. Project cost of £62,000 for both flats.
